Services described on this site
Descriptions of reviews, fees, and timelines are informational. A binding engagement begins only when we issue a written confirmation or engagement letter and you accept it (including any deposit terms).
No regulated continuous advice mandate
Content on this site and deliverables from a review engagement are analytical briefings for professional discussion. They do not constitute a standing mandate to manage investments, execute trades, or provide personalised regulated advice on an ongoing basis unless a separate written agreement expressly says so.
Intellectual property
Site copy, branding, and materials we produce remain our intellectual property or that of our licensors. Memos delivered under an engagement may be used internally by the commissioning client. Redistribution or publication requires our prior written consent.
Acceptable use

Liability
