Purpose

When the question is narrower than a full cross-asset review — for example, “are we too aligned with the quality-crowding trade?” — a Positioning Audit concentrates on a defined sleeve or theme.

Scope

You nominate up to three markets or themes. We map known positioning indicators and narrative lean against your stated exposures, then flag concentration risks and alternative interpretations the committee may have missed.

Deliverable

A concise audit memo (typically eight to twelve pages) and a 45-minute call. No recurring calendar unless you later commission a Quarterly Positioning Review.
