Project fees and retainers for sentiment and positioning reviews. Figures below are guidance; a firm quote follows intake.
Fees reflect the breadth of asset classes in scope, the completeness of your holdings pack, and whether a recurring calendar is required. All amounts are in GBP and exclude VAT where applicable.

Estimate factors
- Breadth of the book and whether private or illiquid sleeves need qualitative treatment.
- Committee timing (compressed turnarounds carry a rush premium when capacity allows).
- Follow-on written work beyond the included clarification window.
Deposits
Project reviews typically require a 40% deposit to secure the review window, with the balance due on delivery of the memo. Retainers are invoiced quarterly in advance.
Not included
Brokerage, custody, or execution costs. Travel for optional Bristol sessions is quoted separately when relevant.
