Engagement

How a Mindfabric Base review runs from first enquiry to the briefing room.

We designed the engagement around the pace of investment committees: clear intake, a defined review window, and a briefing that leaves time for disagreement.

Enquiry and fit

You describe the books in scope, the questions already in debate, and any hard dates. We confirm whether a Cross-Asset Sentiment Review, Positioning Audit, Macro Sentiment Briefing, or Quarterly retainer is the right shape — or say when we are not the right fit.

Intake pack

Sleeve-level holdings or exposures, mandate constraints, and a short note on open debates. We schedule the review window once the pack is complete and the deposit is received.

Review window

We examine sentiment and positioning sources across the agreed asset classes, draft the memo, and prepare the watch list. You receive a progress note if a source gap will affect timing.

Briefing

A live discussion of the memo. We expect pushback. The goal is a clearer committee conversation, not a unanimous slide.

Follow-up

Written answers to clarifying questions within five business days of the call. Further work is scoped as a new engagement or absorbed into a Quarterly Positioning Review.

Practical notes

  • Most briefings are remote; Bristol sessions at Level 10, 37 Queen Square are available by arrangement.
  • We do not require terminal access on your side.
  • Material non-public information must not be included in the intake pack.
